Last updated: July 3, 2026
Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Aquarium Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, app, or related services.
Using Aquarium Tracker
You may use Aquarium Tracker only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and you follow these Terms. You are responsible for the information you enter, the activity that occurs through your account, and keeping your account credentials secure.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy data in a way that burdens the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or use Aquarium Tracker for unlawful or harmful activity.
Aquarium care information
Aquarium Tracker provides tools, records, calculators, reminders, AquaMind and other AI-assisted features, community features, and educational aquarium content. The service is for informational and organizational purposes only.
Aquarium conditions vary by livestock, tank age, equipment, water source, test reliability, feeding, maintenance, and many other factors. You are responsible for aquarium care decisions and should use your own judgment, verify measurements, make gradual changes where appropriate, follow product and test kit instructions, and consult qualified specialists when needed.
AI-assisted outputs, calculators, reminders, water parameter summaries, and community advice may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Aquarium Tracker as the only basis for decisions that could harm livestock, plants, corals, equipment, property, or people.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit to Aquarium Tracker, including aquarium records, photos, profile details, posts, comments, and other material.
You grant Aquarium Tracker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the service. For public content, this license includes displaying the content to other users and visitors through public profiles, shared pages, feeds, previews, and related features.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload or publish your content. Do not submit content that violates law, infringes someone else's rights, exposes private information without permission, contains malware, or is abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
Public and community features
If you use public profiles, shared aquarium pages, posts, comments, or similar features, other people may view, copy, link to, or share that content. Think carefully before publishing personal information or content you do not want to be public.
You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, pornographic, exploitative, deceptive, spammy, infringing, invasive of privacy, or likely to harm other users, the service, or the aquarium hobby community.
We may remove content, limit visibility, disable sharing, suspend accounts, block abusive users, respond to reports, or take other action if we believe content or behavior violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms other users or the service.
To report content or behavior, contact us at niemiec.say@gmail.com and include enough information for us to review the issue.
App stores, purchases, and third-party services
Downloads, subscriptions, purchases, refunds, and app store account matters may be handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the applicable store terms and policies.
Apple and Google are not responsible for Aquarium Tracker content, support, warranties, or claims except where their store terms require otherwise. Store terms continue to apply to downloads and purchases.
Aquarium Tracker may link to or rely on third-party services such as hosting, database, storage, analytics, app stores, and external websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or availability.
Intellectual property
Aquarium Tracker, including the website, app design, software, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Aquarium Tracker or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Aquarium Tracker intellectual property to you. You may not use Aquarium Tracker branding or materials in a misleading way or in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep Aquarium Tracker available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to any feature or content.
Public pages, shared links, social previews, caches, and search engine results may take time to update after you edit, remove, or change the visibility of content.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup of information that is important to you, especially before deleting content, changing visibility settings, or closing an account.
Termination
You may stop using Aquarium Tracker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the service unlawfully.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, content licenses, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute-related terms, will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
Aquarium Tracker is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that reminders, calculations, AI-assisted features, public aquarium data, community content, or educational information will be complete, accurate, current, safe, or appropriate for every aquarium.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquarium Tracker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, livestock, plants, corals, equipment, or aquarium value arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Aquarium Tracker changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Your continued use of Aquarium Tracker after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
